Some necklaces accessorize an outfit; the Valkyrie Gemstone Necklace outranks it. Two hand-knotted strands work as a pair: one of translucent smoky quartz, the other a mix of metallic pyrite and plated hematite, divided by brass disc spacers. They build to a center front of pyrite beads and a fringe of five solid brass horns, each turned to read as a claw. The horns can be worn sweeping downward or flipped upward — the silhouette changes completely, and both ways look intentional.
This is a deliberately heavy, substantial piece with real hand-feel: the beads are knotted, not strung, and the whole composition sits with the authority of armor.
