A flat 5.5-millimeter ribbon of metal, mirror-polished, sitting in a single plane — our answer to the modern sleek hoop. Never tubular, never puffy, never rounded. We kept the silhouette clean on purpose, then let our hammer do the talking: sparse, random, square-faceted dents struck across the face, catching the light as you move. We didn't go crazy with it — restraint was the whole point — but that texture is our stamp, literally the mark of our hand on an otherwise perfect minimal hoop.
The hoop stays open, worn with a post through the lobe for a secure fit. E-coated like all our plated jewelry, and just 7 grams per earring, so they feel near-weightless. In warm 18k gold plate or cool silver plate.
Artist's Note
I wanted a sleek, modern hoop — but plain was never going to be ours. So we took the hammer to it. Not crazy, just enough: random square facets across a flat mirror ribbon, our signature texture on a clean silhouette. It's our stamp, literally. Sleek, but unmistakably JAREDJAMIN.
