Hand-assembled at our West Hollywood studio, the collar is anchored by a substantial 2 x 2.5-inch dark brown carved jade oval pendant topped with a sculpted silver-plated bead cap. The jade stone is meticulously etched with a geometric honeycomb lattice pattern, providing a rich, earthy contrast against the bright turquoise hues. Finished with a secure silver-plated spring-ring clasp, the Solana necklace serves as a commanding focal point over linen shirting, knitwear, and resort silhouettes.
"With Solana, I wanted to pair the vibrant energy of turquoise-hued howlite discs with the deep, grounded weight of carved dark jade. The contrast between the organic, irregular blue disc beads and the sharp geometric lattice etched into the brown jade pendant feels really special. Hand-knotting every six beads gives the 17-inch strand a beautiful, comfortable drape that sits right along the collarbone."
