黒いガラスビーズのクラスターを、一粒ずつ私たちのアトリエで積み上げた。近くで見ればビーズ刺繍。six feet離れるとキャビアのように見える — 小さな黒い球が何十もぎっしりと詰まっている。新旧のビーズが並び — 艶消しの黒とハイグロス、滑らかに磨かれた丸玉の隣で閃くファセットカット — 黒が平面的に落ちるのではなく、層となって読み取れる。一粒一粒のビーズは真鍮のベースに手刺繍され、18Kゴールドでメッキされ、保護e-coatで密封されている。上から見ると、クラスターの直径は約two inches。グラフィカルで彫刻的、紛れもなく夜の装い。バンドは調整可能で、一つのリングがほとんどの手にフィットする。

「この作品は一粒ずつ組み立て、アトリエで一粒一粒を手で刺繍した。気の長い作業だ — クラスターは一粒ずつ育ち、しっくりくるまで続く。そして調整可能にした。カクテルリングは気軽であるべきだから。一つのリング、ほとんどの手に。」
