The Marina Natural Cowrie Shell Statement Necklace opens with a slow graduation — smaller faceted beads of dragon vein agate in translucent olive and mossy greens, with muted sea-green undertones and darker brown accents, deepening into larger polished rounds of deep green jasper with natural veining — drawing the eye to the front, where three natural cowrie shells take center stage. Each shell is framed in a gold-textured circular link, the same rings from our Lindy collection, chosen here as the perfect setting for the cowries' natural gloss.
Below the shells hang small beaded dangles of faceted agate and gold-tone hematite, finished with smooth honey-amber teardrop pendants that catch the light with every turn of the head. Every bead is hand-knotted on durable cording, so the strand drapes fluidly and each bead sits exactly where it should. The links are finished in our signature radiant 18k gold plate and sealed with a protective e-coat for years of tarnish-free wear. "I'd wear the Marina the way I'd dress for evening — open collar or a clean neckline, hair up, and let the shells do the talking. The stones run muddy and organic — mossy greens, deep green jasper — so it loves black, espresso, deep olive, anything earthy, and it pops hard against plain white. It holds its own solo; if you layer, keep the second necklace fine and short so nothing fights the cowries."
