HARARI Clothing with its mixture of unusual & exotic limited women's clothing from malleable to flowing fabrics in usually bold prints; jewellery from bone, to horn & gemstone beads; and accessories of rubber to leather; remains a perpetual leader of timeless & distinctive Advance-Style fashion though it has closed its corner location.
Influenced by its owners' Polynesian-Oriental and Middle Eastern tastes and quirky chic, it has become both a casualty of COVID-19 and of its owners' desire to wind down in retirement.
A testament to its vision was the fact that it outlived Barneys and had wound down just before the imminent demise of the venerable Neiman Marcus - both of whose shadow HARARI thrived in as the alternative to the mainstream Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills look.
HARARI, named after its financier, Dan Harari was run by his wife Barbara Keller of Japanese descent who's storytelling statement designs permeated into the closets of the local ennui of Beverly Hills giving them something to say by simply wearing what was the HARARI-look whether at Vanderpump's Villa Blanca or at the Rooftop Grill at The Montage Beverly Hills for lunch or for dinner at Mr. Chow or Crustacean.
The HARARI-Look was exemplified by the Lily Tomlin character on the Netflix Emmy nominated series, Grace & Frankie for 6 seasons and the Look was culturally punctuated each time costume designer Alyson Fanger purchased wardrobe for the leading lady, Tomlin. (more)
For some 27 years, HARARI boutiques once spanned multiple Western States in some five cities, selling interpretations of the HARARI-look blended with local sensibilities to delighted natives.
HARARI Jewelry Designer JAREDJAMIN (.com) couldn't have had a better home there on the corner for the last 10 years where his jewelry often accessorized busts and mannequins in the multiple store windows across from the also shuttered Kyle Boutique and still roaring culinary namesake of Marmalade's Bonnie and Beth Burns, Bedford & Burns Restaurant.
One hopes that private appointments may be taken at HARARI'S design plant location some two miles East of the quintessentially see-be-seen commercial corner which thankfully is also in Beverly Hills.
We'll keep you posted.

I have always LOVED this shop and was so sad they closed. Always found what i was looking for, and the staff was wonderful.
Now what? Where do I go to get the same unusual clothes any where else? Either online, or otherwise.
Please some suggetions?
