Matte beads and smooth polished ones, in a mix of shapes and sizes, so the strands never sit quite the same way twice — the black shifts as you move. Gold-plated hematite beads are scattered through the layers to catch the light and throw it back against the depth of the stone. Eighteen inches, fastening with a lobster clasp: a statement that sits right at the base of the throat.
