Refund Policy

We accept Returned jewelry for a Full Refund within 9 calendar days of your purchase as long as the jewelry items appear 1) unused or cleaned (as per the FAQ), 2) are in their original condition and packaging, and the Return Shipping of which is Paid-For, Insured up to the Full Value and Postmarked on or before the aforementioned 9 days have elapsed, and finally 3) You have a Registered Customer Account to receive potential Credit; then there’s no problem for a Full Refund upon our receiving and evaluating the jewelry for such Return.

* We do not accept Refunds on any customized, resized, modified nor sale items nor gift cards..

Again, The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs back with insurance for the FULL value of their Purchase to JAREDJAMIN.

At our discretion, Refunds after 9 days become either Exchanges based on availability, or Credits. Refunds are only made back to the original method of payment.

If the Returned jewelry was marked as a Gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Gift Credit for the value of your return on Your Registered Customer Account which you can do using your cell phone or email. Once the Returned item is received and verified, then a gift certificate or Savings Checkout Code will be emailed to you after Posting to Your Customer Account.

To Return jewelry please DO NOT CALL and instead email jaredjamin@gmail.com, Subject: “EXCHANGE” or “CREDIT” or “REFUND" to request authorization with Jewelry PHOTOS. We will review your circumstances and get back to you likely with a Return Authorization Number (a “RAN” number) which You should - after receiving it then have clearly written on the Outside of your Return Package.

We ONLY will consider Returns if You ship with an insured courier who provides Tracking and sells You Insurance covering the FULL Retail Value of your jewelry Return. Recommended carriers include: UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS Parcel Post. JAREDJAMIN is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit for a Return, as that is what the insurance you buy is for. 

JAREDJAMIN is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit when Shipping Your Jewelry to you, so if an encumbrance occurs Customers must wait for Insurance to Pay our Claim in order to have it Credit to Your account in order for JAREDJAMIN to recreate a lost, stolen or damaged piece of Jewelry. If there is a difference between the amount lost and claimed then we agree to at our discretion credit Your account or not. 

*Late or missing Refunds (if applicable):
1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account online or Paypal Account.
2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time Pending before your Refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a Refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us attaching screen capture for clarity showing nothing is Pending with Subject: MISSING REFUND to jaredjamin@gmail.com.

 

Repair Policy

To request a repair please email JaredJamin@gmail.com Subject "REPAIR" and be sure to include your name (not just your email), telephone number, email confirmation of your order which serves as your receipt and packing list, along with a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed by the time we receive the item.

For items purchased within forty-five days (45), repairs are free of charge. If your purchase through JAREDJAMIN is older than forty-five days (45) you will be asked to pay a base fee of $25 which will be applied against the estimated costs of the repair which before commencing we will clear with you. For items that need extensive work (an alteration) additional costs may apply which will be determined after receiving the item at our design studio. All shipping charges for repairs are covered by JAREDJAMIN.

* For items bought through one of our retailers, please return the damaged item to the store where it was purchased. We defer to each retailer’s return policy in this case.
