Orders, Return-for-Credit & Repair Policy

Jared Jamin is committed to creating a positive return-for-credit experience, accepting returned items for credit if a customer is not satisfied with their item within 9 calendar days of your purchase as long as the items are unused, and in their original condition with their tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges.

To return an item for credit please use EMAIL us with the NAME of the Jewelry Piece as the SUBJECT. DO NOT CALL. We will email you with both Return Shipping Instructions and a Return-For-Credit Number (RFC#) which customers should have clearly written on the outside of their returning package. Please allow up to 48 hours for your RFC# to be processed. Customers must receive a RFC# from the system before returning any item(s). All packages may be refused if an approved RFC# is not written on the box, or if the allotted return time has past.

Jared Jamin is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and a customer's returned item must be firstly received by us to receive an account credit. Customers are advised to PLEASE GET A TRACKING # AND BUY INSURANCE from a reliable courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your customer account.

Repair Policy

To request a repair please email info@JaredJamin.com Subject "REPAIR" and be sure to include your name (not just your email), telephone number, original Order Confirmation Number of your order which serves as your receipt, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed within 48 hours excepting Holidays.

For items purchased within forty-five days (45), repairs are free of charge. If your purchase through JJ is older than forty-five days (45) you will be charged $45 for the repair. For items that need extensive work additional costs may apply which will be determined after receiving the piece at our design studio. All repairs are subject to shipping charges and tax.

For items bought through one of our retailers, please return the damaged item to the store where it was purchased. We defer to each retailer’s return policy in this case.
