Jared Jamin is committed to creating a positive return experience by accepting returned items for credit or refund if a customer is not satisfied with their item within 6 calendar days purchasing as long as:
Nitty gritty: To return an item for credit please EMAIL us with the NAME of the Jewelry Piece as the SUBJECT. DO NOT CALL. We will email you with both Return Shipping Instructions and a Return Number (R#) which customers should have clearly written on the outside of their returning package. Please allow up to 48 hours (minding Holidays) for your R# to be processed. Customers must receive a R# from the system before returning any item(s). All packages may be refused if an approved R# is not written on the box, or if the allotted return time has passed.
It bears repeating: Jared Jamin is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit and a customer's returned item must be firstly received by us to potentially receive a Credit or Refund. Customers MUST PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER AND FULLY INSURE the Return with a reliable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Please remember to allow however many days your Method of Payment needs for the refund to post to your credit card account.
Repair Policy
To request a repair please email JaredJamin at gmail com Subject "REPAIR" and be sure to include your name (not just your email), telephone number, original Order Confirmation Number of your order which serves as your receipt, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed within 48 hours excepting Holidays.
For items purchased within forty-five days (45), repairs are free of charge. If your purchase through JJ is older than forty-five days (45) you will be charged $45 for the repair. For items that need extensive work additional costs may apply which will be determined after receiving the piece at our design studio. All repairs are subject to shipping charges and tax.
For items bought through one of our retailers, please return the damaged item to the store where it was purchased. We defer to each retailer’s return policy in this case.
