At JAREDJAMIN, returns are Customer’s Choice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit — whichever you prefer.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. We inspect every return and reserve the right to deny credit for items that do not meet these requirements. A $10 restocking fee applies to returns without their original packaging.
Earrings may be returned only if unworn, with both pieces of the pair.
The following cannot be returned: customized, resized, modified, or engraved pieces; sale items; and gift cards.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please purchase and print your own return label, and use a tracked, insured service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS — JAREDJAMIN is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Excessive return patterns may result in revocation of return privileges.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days; exchanges and store credits are issued within the same timeframe. Store credits never expire.
Purchases made November 1 through December 25 may be returned through January 31.
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is unaffected; where an item shows handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct for diminished value as permitted by law.
