JAREDJAMIN Repair Policy

⚠️ Repair Limitations

We reserve the right to decline repairs for:

  • Excessive damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized alterations, cleaning, or resizing
  • Lost components or missing parts

Our goal is to preserve the integrity of each piece. If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll let you know and offer alternative options where possible.

📸 Requesting a Repair

To begin the process, please email JAREDJAMIN@gmail.com with the subject line:
REPAIR – [Your Full Name]

In your message, include:

  • Your full name and phone number
  • Your original order confirmation number (serves as your receipt)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Five clear photos of the item:
    • Three well-lit images showing the entire piece from different angles
    • Two close-up detail shots of the area needing attention

Once received, we’ll confirm the images are on file, and if the issue qualifies, then we'll all move forward with the repair process. You’ll hear back from us within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, with next steps and shipping instructions.

🗓 Repair Eligibility & Fees

  • For items purchased through JAREDJAMIN.com, we offer complimentary repairs for up to 2 years from the date of purchase under all reasonable circumstances
  • After 2 years, repairs may still be possible and are subject to a fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the damage and the work required
  • If your piece requires extensive restoration, we’ll provide a quote once it’s been evaluated at our studio
  • All repairs are subject to applicable taxes

📦 Shipping Guidelines

Customers are responsible for shipping their item to our studio. We recommend using a trackable, insured service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. JAREDJAMIN is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

🛍 Retail Purchases

If your item was purchased through one of our retail partners, please contact the store directly. We honor each retailer’s individual policies and defer to their process for repairs and returns.
