Once received, we’ll confirm the images are on file, and if the issue qualifies, then we'll all move forward with the repair process. You’ll hear back from us within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, with next steps and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for shipping their item to our studio. We recommend using a trackable, insured service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. JAREDJAMIN is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
