Exchanges & Returns-for-Refund or Account Credit are all Customer's Choice:
JARED JAMIN - gemstone jewelry and accessories is committed to creating a positive shopping experience. To do so, If a customer needs further clarification as to our jewelry's dimensions, weight, finishes or has perhaps different length requirements, please EMAIL US or FACETIME US, PRIOR TO PURCHASE to avoid confusion and returns later.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, PLEASE contact JARED JAMIN jewelry and accessories right away so that we can remedy the situation, rather than leaving a negative feedback or remaining unhappy.
JARED JAMIN accepts, as per our Customer's Choice program either:
1 a returned item for exchanges with remaining balances as credit, or
2. a returned item for a full refund, or
3. a returned item for credit, if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving their jewelry, as long as the item(s) are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Keep in mind, JARED JAMIN will credit customer's account to pay for return shipping from our customer back to JARED JAMIN when our jewelry is either returned for an exchange or returned for credit. Pending credits on customer accounts will be reclaimed by JARED JAMIN in 90 days. JARED JAMIN does not pay for return shipping back to JARED JAMIN if a customer wants a full refund.
To return jewelry for Exchange or to Return-for-Refund or to Return-for-Credit:
Please email info@JAREDJAMIN.com with the NAME of the Jewelry Piece followed with "Jewelry for Exchange" or "Jewelry for Refund" or "Jewelry for Credit" as the SUBJECT.
JARED JAMIN - gemstone jewelry and accessories is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit because CUSTOMER MUST GET A TRACKING NUMBER AND BUY INSURANCE covering the retail value of the jewelry from a reliable courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. A customer's returned item must be firstly received and in the conditions set forth by JARED JAMIN to receive an account refund.
Customers are advised to please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your customer account.
Please ship Exchanges, Returns-for-Refunds and Returns-for-Credit to the following address using a carrier's tracking number system. PROVIDE US THE TRACKING NUMBER please as without it we reserve the right NOT to offer unverifiable Exchanges, Returns-for-Refunds and Returns-for-Credit lost or damaged in shipping.
