Exchanges & Returns-for-Refund or Account Credit are all Customer's Choice:

JARED JAMIN - gemstone jewelry and accessories is committed to creating a positive shopping experience, accepting as per Customer's Choice either returned items for exchanges or returned items for refunds or returned items for credit if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase within 7 calendar days of the purchase as long as the item(s) are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

*If customers need further clarification as to our jewelry's dimensions, weight, finishes or have different length requirements, please EMAIL US or FACETIME US PRIOR TO PURCHASE to avoid confusion and returns later.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, PLEASE contact JARED JAMIN jewelry and accessories right away so that we can remedy the situation, rather than having a customer leave negative feedback or remaining unhappy. 

Keep in mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, but JARED JAMIN will pay for the jewelry's return to customer. 

JARED JAMIN - gemstone jewelry and accessories credits the difference on exchanges to the customer's account or at Customer's Choice will credit the account after receiving the returned jewelry.

To return jewelry for Exchange or to Return-for-Refund or to Return-for-Credit:

Please email info@JAREDJAMIN.com with the NAME of the Jewelry Piece followed with "Jewelry for Exchange" or "Jewelry for Refund" or "Jewelry for Credit" as the SUBJECT.

JARED JAMIN - gemstone jewelry and accessories is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and a customer's returned item must be firstly received by us to receive an account refund.

Customers are advised to PLEASE GET A TRACKING NUMBER AND BUY INSURANCE from a reliable courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your customer account. 

JARED JAMIN - gemstone jewelry and accessories is NOT responsible for returning packages which are lost or damaged during transit.

Please ship Exchanges, Returns-for-Refunds and Returns-for-Credit to the following address using a carrier's tracking number system. So, PROVIDE US THE TRACKING NUMBER please.
